== In the Beginning ==
Nawen is the child of Caellian Amakiir and Nawen a Moon Elf of questionable history and honor. She was born at the family village that bordered the forest along Brekon and Dubunat. Years into her young life that she was taken away one night by her Grandfather Ariqueael during a great attack on the village by Orcs; she was to young to understand the events and still today has dreams of these events. Ariqueael took her to Le’Or where he placed her in the care of the Ael’nyon family to raise as they had no children on their own. She only learned of her youth upon meeting Xandor Amakiir, her uncle and keeper of the Amakiir family lore.

Years into her young life that she was taken away one night by her Grandfather Ariqueael during a great attack on the village by Orcs; she was to young to understand the events and still today has dreams/nightmares of these events and has learned she wasn’t an only child but had an older brother and younger sister that perished in the attack. Ariqueael took her to Le’Or where he placed her in the care of the Ael’nyon family to raise as they had no children on their own. She only learned about parts of her youth upon meeting Xandor Amakiir, her uncle and keeper of the Amakiir family lore.

== The Early Years ==
Nawen grew up in Le’Or as the pale skinned, red headed child of Elarovan and Sheae Ael’nyon; an elderly and childless couple that the only thing they shared were pointy ears. There she grew up in the safety of the Spiritland under their ever watchful eyes and strict rules. Over the decades as she grew into a young lady between Ariqueael visits, never revealing that he was her Grandfather. One day when he was expected to arrive, a young Nawen sat outside the house waiting. She waited for days and then weeks; spending all her free time waiting and searching for the sight of the old man that took such great interest into her life. One rainy day a young man came to the house and spoke to Elarovan for some great time. As he left he gave Elarovan a small pack and a staff then bid him farewell. Nawen was able to start putting things together when she heard that Ariqueael would never be visiting again. <br />
Shortly after the lost of Ariqueael, Elarovan and Sheae started to speak of marriage for young Nawen. Always talking about the available men about the Spiritland and how will she married one of them. This did not sit well with young Nawen as she had dreams of seeing the world outside of Le’Or. Inside the family home talk of events like the war with M’chek was not allowed. She was naïve and sheltered from real life. So, one night sneaking out the door hardly a thing with her, she said her goodbyes to those she knew as her parents and closed the door and walked into her new life.

Upon slipping out the door and making her way out of Le’Or and to the forest floor, she was shocked at the vastness of the world. After thinking she knew what she was going to do and started walking along the path. Nawen was greeted by a lady with a giant sword and sung with a soft voice, who started asking all sorts of questions of Nawen and being very naïve thought she was being robbed. So, Nawen ran south following the well worn path and the lady chased her for some distance yelling stop. Finally, Nawen noticed the trees were no longer around her and the grass was no longer green. There were bodies discarded about the ground and the air reeked of death. Nawen had found the war and was right in the middle of it. She wondered south to afraid of the lady with the giant sword to travel north, she found a path and followed it. She slowly made her way to the city of Mikona.

She wondered south to afraid of the lady with the giant sword to travel north, she found a path and followed it. She slowly made her way to the city of Mikona.
After a series of events, Nawen went north to Elysia seeking to better herself and mend her wayward ways. She left Mikona with carrying a book about Dre’Ana and ticket for a boat. She meet with Sala Te'Dwith and that day become a Warrior Maiden and faithful lady of Dre’Ana. For many years she searched within herself for her true meaning and asking for a sign of what she should do in her life. Then she found it one day, the day Sister Mowghina Del'Torhan placed a small sword in her hand and spoke of honor within the blade and honor in combat. Her path was clear and her mind made up. Nawen has seen inner peace in her life and for once a reason for her. She took up training in private and with her sisters and their friends. She became a friendly and somewhat comfortable towards people. Letting people get to know her and letting Arena tease her often calling her the cute one when she introduce Nawen to people that Arena knew. She started to be known as prankster to her sisters and new found friends.

== The War Years ==
Nawen had come to Elysia and the war was knocking on the gate. She was a Warrior Maiden Initiate and learning tactics and combat styles the hard way in real combat. She quickly started to make a name for herself as one that didn’t give up easy. She trained hard to maintain the image of Warrior Maidens as warriors and pushed herself further and further down the path to understanding the sword and herself.
She fought in countless defensives of Elysia and impressed her sisters with the passions that she was promoted. In doing so, Nawen set a record for the fastest path for promotion in the history of Warrior Maidens. Even her promotion was rushed as word spread on an attack was expected since Shaahesk scouts were spotted and defeated. With her promotion she became an official member of the EDF, till then she had been helping where she could. She become one the Maiden scouts and worked along side the EDF and her sisters in defending Elysia. She took part in many battles including the first outright victory Elysian forces had at the Eridanian River. Shortly later the EAV was born and while they prepared and trained; Nawen stayed with the EDF as a scout till the EAV was ready for action. She joined them and found herself no longer a scout which left her confused. She took to the bow and was for awhile most pleased with her service and actions as an archer. She arose in rank to 1st sergeant and was addressed by Lady Vanoviel along with four others that she served with. Was the last time she ever heard a kind word from anyone of rank during the war. Soon the attacks picked up as Elysia had pushed back their foe and was starting to make them pay for attacking them. Nawen found herself attending planning meetings for future strikes but since there was already a Maiden there at them, she was dismissed from them. After a few missions were she privately questioned the commanders of the missions for their confusing and at times nonsense commands. She was now on the outside and left out of all playing meetings and command placements for asking honest questions about matters that mattered to her. Her first huge disappointing moment with those to be respected and now to not be questioned and it wouldn’t be her last one.
She did find herself in one last command moment, leading a group of Maidens on a scouting missing in Nanshi. Sister Je had fallen days before and as they prayed for a victory and for Je; the unseelie forces come out of nowhere and attacked the small group of three during prayers and the Temple to Dre’Ana itself and burned it. Nawen would never lead again in the war, her actions and the lost of temple was used against her. She was not allowed to join the forces in laying siege to the largest base nor was she including in the planning of anything that concerned the EAV. Her last action was in Dagroth Woods, where the remaining unseelie forces had launched a final attack. The EAV responded and entered deep into the forest where they were outnumbered and surrounded. Nawen just following the trails of unseelie bodies found a few EAV members near Dagroth Woods, they were shaken and unwilling to reenter the battle as they had nothing. A quick scouting of the woods and she had linked up with Sister Terra. The two of them, helped the fallen and defended them as they regrouped to assist the main body. Sometime later a small group of EAV met the larger group deeper in Dagroth Woods and helped to escort them out of the woods. Once out the woods, word came that all members of EAV should meet at once for a statement from General. As the worn down force passed the Elf Gate a senior officer noted that the archer’s platform was vacant and ordered Nawen to string her bow and stand guard till replaced. She did as order and missed the Fey thanking the EAV/EDF for their hard work and scarifies in defending Elysia. Nawen was greeted to the sight of many members of both bodies below her post, showing off their newly earned gift from the Fey. Upon asking a senior officer when she would get her gift, she was answered a cold stare and him walking away without a word. <br />
Nawen felt unappreciated for her own scarifies and insulted at not be treated like the rest. She withdrew from public and from the war as Elysia was safe and now entering to support Nanshi in their battle. Through not officially from the war effort, she still produced supplies for her sisters that sought combat. Once she was even talked into suiting up and entering combat again. What she saw is something she doesn’t speak of and shortly latter officially resigned from the EAV to whispers of coward and traitor to the cause, even a Maiden called her a coward. As they prepared for the push on Blandenberg.<br />
Shortly the Blandenberg battles would take place bringing an uneasy peace to lands. A call came out to all members of EDF/EAV that fought and defended for Elysia to attend a ceremony publicly thanking them from their actions as sacrifices for the people of Elysia. Nawen learned from a senior ranking Sister that she was not to show as there were no thanks for a traitor like herself there. Through she later learned that many there left the war before her or fought in fewer battles than her; she held no grudge against them for they just answered the call that she was ordered not to. All that had happen was she lost faith in most people standing up for what is right.

== More Disappointment ==
: Her years in Mikona are something she has really spoken. Through she isn’t ashamed of her life there some secrets should be guarded. After a series of events in Mikona, Nawen went by boat to Elysia seeking to better herself and mend her wayward ways. Then she found it one day, the day Sister Mowghina Del'Torhan placed a small sword in her hand and spoke of honor within the blade and honor in combat, in life, in action. Her path was clear and her mind made up. Nawen has seen inner peace in her life and for once a reason for her. She took up training in private and with her sisters and their friends. She became friendly and somewhat comfortable towards people. Letting people get to know her and letting Arena tease her often calling her the cute one when she introduce Nawen to people that were known well enough. She started to be known as prankster to her sisters and new found friends.
An already disillusioned Nawen, depressed from the war and left feeling empty awoke to a plague in Elysia. The war in her eyes was bad enough and now many suffered from an unknown illness. Nawen being a member of EDF was sent out to guard the city, to keep people from leaving the plague ridden city and to block people from entering it. The EDF was caught off guard and many of its members were not in the city as the quarantine went into place. Needless to say attitudes were heated and more was expected of the few members within the city than should have been. In the end, the plague was cured and not much said about it. <br />
Now free of all public duties, Nawen looked explore herself and the world around her. While Arena was teaching her a lot about the world around and introducing to just about every one they came across. It was other sisters that opened Nawen’s eyes to a whole new world; the world of plane traveling to other distance lands and places. Throughout her travels she met many interesting people and saw many interesting things. Shortly later a person she had met in passing appeared in Elysia and Nawen found herself again being questioned for loyalty and treason. In the end Nawen did what she saw was right retired from the overly public service EDF with the rank of Lieutenant. More and more disillusioned and confused seek sought clarity in her travels to other lands away from the places she knew and the problems they brought her. As she was seeing less and less of her beloved sisters and mentors.

==Time in Mithro and a Fond Sisterhood ==
Nawen sought herself and clarity not with her Sisters but away from them to their shock. She had been a constant sight them around Elysia since the day she showed up their and now she was gone. She had with the help of two sisters found her way to Mithro Rest and rest was not what she find there. She instead found duty and service but she also found understanding and the answers she needed about herself there. She met the Crimson Amazons and the one that would become her dearest friend. <br />
The Crimson Amazons were at the time a small group of female warriors like the Warrior Maidens but open to many faiths. Being new to their land and seeing that they in many ways resembled her sisters back in Elysia; Nawen found instant friendship and in time become one of their number. While she hid this from Maidens back home she saw something in the Amazons that she had to learn. Upon finally telling her sisters and their anger with her for being a member of another group and some even questioned her faith. See explained her reasons for such as she was searching for herself. The most important thing Nawen learned the Maidens couldn’t teach her, the Amazons taught her to be a better Warrior Maiden and to relay on her own judgments and instincts as their numbers were less and they trust in each other to do what is right and support their sisters.
The one she met and instantly became friends with was none other an Aria Ashby herself and Crimson Amazon sister at that. The two become almost inseparable and more like old friends the moment they met. Nawen due to her training and friendship with Aria quickly took on the duty of becoming her bodyguard as events Nawen still does not completely understand would put them both in danger. Needless to say, Nawen protected Aria and the two made many more trips to see their Amazon sisters and friends before the planar magic failed, preventing them from returning there.

== The Dark Days and Rebuilding of the Sisterhood ==
== As a Warrior Maiden ==
Upon her return to Elysia and the loss of her travels, she rediscovered herself. Feeling more confident about herself and her purpose Nawen become more vocal and more determined in her life both publicly and privately. However, the war while over was finished taking its toil on her beloved Maidens. Many of the notable sisters were a rare sight in Elysia and when sisters would gather in large numbers tempers would flare quickly in those once known for their even disposition. Over a brief period time those that guided and led the Maidens would walk their own paths without their sisters. At one point the famous meeting of Maidens where tempers would flare became two lone Maidens sitting somewhat apart staring at each other in disbelief at what would be known later to the Maidens as the dark days. Never more than handful of sisters committed to the effort, instead of the numbers once known. The Maidens were without not only a leader but their leadership core. The few that involved themselves found the time to be most hard on the soul. <br />
: Nawen had come to Elysia and the war was knocking on the gate. She was a Warrior Maiden Initiate and learning tactics and combat styles the hard way through real combat. She quickly started to make a name for herself as one that didn’t give up easy. She trained hard to maintain the image of Warrior Maidens as warriors and pushed herself further and further down the path to understanding the sword and herself. She become one the Maiden scouts and worked alongside the EDF and her sisters in defending Elysia. She took part in many battles including the first outright victory Elysian forces had at the Eridanian River.
Was during this time that Nawen wanted to take a larger role within the Maidens and through an election that the total vote could be counted on one hand she become the Lore Mistress of the Maidens and the appearance of a leadership started to break through the dark clouds surrounding herself and the Maidens. In time some of the missing Maidens would return home and pick up their duties and some took on duties they had never done before but this was just a break in the dark days as they loomed overhead. <br />
Soon the Maidens would have an officer core and all would be grand again within the order. Least that was her prayers as shortly Nawen would have to walk a path that only she could alone. As matters within the order all seemed somewhat well, Nawen took her leave of Lore duties and while not leaving the Maidens just her duties. She was finally ready to uphold a promise she made to her mentor, herself and Dre’Ana; to complete her training and follow her path. Nawen was to become one with her blade and to fight as natural as the wind blows. She departed Elysia and sought out the monks across the wilderness. She studied under many learning to loose herself to find herself and many other thoughts that confuse most that don’t follow such a path. During this time most of the Maidens have no clue where she was or what she was truly doing. A few did and they wrote her often, keeping her up to date and encouraging her on her path. She had made a promise not to return till she completed what she had started so many years ago. This promise she broke when word reached her in quiet isolation of Visimontium. Events occurred both publicly and privately within the Maidens and many were urging Nawen to hasten her training and her return. She did not delay her return to Elysia but she did leave unfinished her task for the moment as with her return her election to Arch Mistress was to be called for. Her training would wait for the time as those that stood by her now need her to stand by them. <br />
Nawen was elected as their leader and made several statements thanking all and urging for change within the Maidens. Then she quietly gave power to her second in command and left to finish her training and find her true path. For she could not be an effective leader till she saw it through as this dream had stared back at her for what seemed a lifetime. Upon her return to her sisters and her place as Arch Mistress, she found her duties all consuming. Nawen and her sisters had their work cut out for them in more ways than one. She turned her attention inward to the Maidens and her sisters and with their help brought new meaning to the word sister and the Sisterhood was formed. It was not an overnight change but one that took over a decade with it’s up and downs both privately and publicly; all taken a toll on her in some way. However, she knows it was worth it and it help to define who she really is inside.

== The Shattered Dream ==
Nawen has now been graced with more titles than she can remember without writing them down and has now served longer as the Sisterhood’s head than all others but one sister. She faced her own personal demons and problems and strives to handle herself in the way Dre’Ana wishes her to. She now looks after the Sisterhood above all and made the sacrifices in her life that were needed in her eyes. Nawen has grown greatly with leadership and through she has stumbled; she always gets back up and pushes forward, just as she was taught back in her first days with the Maidens. However, as time went on something in the air changed. Things were not as she expected or wished them to be as the years turn into decades under her reign as Archmistress. After one rather unspeakable moment that cost one Maiden her membership in the Sisterhood; Nawen resigned as the Archmistress and soon became one of the few to reach the status Phoenix Valkyrie.

== The Jechran Nightmare ==
: Shortly later the EAV was born and while they prepared and trained; Nawen stayed with the EDF as a scout till the EAV was ready for action. Through she still fought on, she found herself becoming uncertain of who was really in charge after the death of Lady Vanoviel. After a rather tough defense of the city she was placed on guard duty by a higher ranking officer as the rest of EDF/EAV were honored by the Fey for their actions. She still fought for the defense of Elyisa and serving in Nanshi as the Elysian forces were asked to. In the end completely disillusioned by her commanders and what she was seeing she sought retirement. That retirement was granted and greeted with whispers of coward by those that never fought in heavy combat. The war ended between and people rejoiced. The City of Elysia was to thank those that served in a public ceremony and all that fought were sought to attended regardless of standing; expect word came from ranking officer that Nawen was not to attend due to her retirement.
After reaching Phoenix Valkyrie, Nawen took on a mission given to her by the High Priestess of Elysia. The Mission was to venture to Jechran where all contact had been lost and rumors of the land being overtaken by a plague had reached the southern lands. She accepted the mission to prove her status of Phoenix Valkyrie as the older Warrior Maidens had done before in her youth. Only the Archmistress knew of her mission and gave her blessings. Nawen departed Elysia and made the long trek through Deglos and Glados then over the last of the Mountains to reach Jechran. What she saw when she laid eyes on the land that she had dreamed about will always stay with her. The land was dead. Everything was dead; everyone was dead. The lush jungles were black as death itself. The air carried death on its breath and the water tainted with death’s sweat. Knowing that this plague was still powerful and able to claim her life; she made camp in Glados and only made short trips into Jechran. Moving along the border and setting up camp each time then darting into Jechran. This trips that would dispel many myths of the land and culture but would also burn what she saw into her mind. She collected samples of water, nature and sadly those that had died. On one such trip she recovered a map and on it was noted an abbey but it was deeper than she been into the tainted lands.<br />
That night at her camp on the border overlooking the death that is Jechran. Nawen took inventory of her supplies and studied the map. The plan was to travel light but with enough supplies to stay overnight in the death. To do this she have to push herself harder than she had ever done and being alone means risk nothing. It was an uneasy sleep throughout the night. Then in the morning she stashed her remaining supplies and took only what she needed. She broke camp and headed directly into the remains of Jechran and an uncertain journey. Knowing the place was dead to lend itself to traveling in the open. Nawen pushed herself and ran down the twisted paths now surrounded by dead reminders of the lush jungle. Avoiding to look at anything but the path. The journey was longer than expected as she reached the abbey closer to nightfall than expected. What she saw there was heart shattering to say the least and with the sun setting the abbey appeared as a surreal scene of death. Nawen made a small camp and unable to rest. She started searching by torchlight for anything. She found many books in the abbey library about Warrior Maidens and she found the remains of a messenger that carried letters. Letters bound for Elysia and one containing her name and former title of Archmistress with instructions to avoid Jechran at all cost and prepare for to aid those fleeing from Jechran. Other letters were describing the madness of what had taken place and the flight from Jerchan that the Mortal Voice had ordered for all Dre’Ana’s followers to undertake.<br />
At daybreak the abbey looked no better and was horrid scene of death as bodies laid were the fallen. Some in died where they were praying and others in throws of death itself. She said a brief prayer and emptied a vial of holy water upon the ground. Unable to take much more of it Nawen departed with haste. She ran from the abbey and along the path she had taken to get there. Not having slept the night before and the images of what she seen running through her mind proved to be dangerous. As she ran exhausted across the dead and rotting landscape she tripped over a dead root that ran across the path. Nawen woke up near fall and in great pain. She had broken her right leg and now laid there helpless. Unable to stand she crawled and pulled herself along. Vowing she wouldn’t die in Jechran. She pulled herself up against the rotted remains of tree and got a look of the landscape. A short ways away was what looked to be what was left of a farmhouse. The field was scattered with rotted crops and the remains of livestock and animals. Not having a choice she took the crawling across the ground dragging her leg behind her as she screamed out in utter pain. What seemed like hours passed and the moon now glowed brightly and ghastly upon the land as she pulled herself up upon the porch of the farmhouse. In the light of the moon she took to seeing to her leg, Which wasn’t easy as everything she would have used to ease her pain was tainted by the land and her own supplies that she took along didn’t plan for such. In the end, the leg was wrapped tightly and poorly set. She set searching the farm house for anything she could use. She avoided the second floor unwilling to lay eyes upon what she thought was there. Unable to find anything intact on the first floor she hobbled painfully up the stairs watching her step. She pushed the door open and saw in the moonlight for the window the remains of man and woman embraced in the bed. They were peaceful and seemed like they died together. There even appeared to be wedding rings upon their fingers.<br />
Nawen went back down the stairs and sat on the porch awaiting first light. As she did she mumbled prayers and at times shouted them. The moment first light broke she could see the mountains of Glados looming the distance but not in the direction of the path she had taken. The choice was to either follow the path back to camp and possible more time in the tainted lands or break off the path and head overland to the safety of the mountains. She took the overland choice and trudged across the dead land. Getting close with each step but also experiencing more pain than she had ever felt. It took all day but finally as the sun set and moon appeared the air changed and became fresh and alive. She glanced around in the light of the moon and noticed she had made it to the foothills and escaped Jechran.<br />
None know what really happened after Nawen reached the mountains of Glados. Between the pain and blacking out often; she doesn’t even remember. What is known is that she made it all the way to the Mountains surrounding Visimontium. She was found by Vanar while he patrolled. Nawen was noted as disoriented, leaning on a large bone for support and waving her sword around wildly. They faced off for sometime but in the end she dropped her sword into the snow and blacked out. She awoke in the White Tower surrounded by White Mages and Healers. Her leg was broken and set by the Healers while she was passed out. She remained at the White Tower for months then one Maiden named Jade came and brought her back to Elysia. Where the Healers checked her leg again and ordered her to be bed ridden till it healed. Four years past before she could walk with her bone walking stick and another six years before she see any combat. In that time she had to retrain her body to fight in a new style that protects her weakened leg.<br />
The samples she had gathered were given to those working on a cure and Elysia would soon become home to those that fled Jechran. Some were rescued others came to be with those that had already made it. In one grand moment of clarity so many working together that with one ideal in common; White Ivory, Green Orders along with the Warrior Maidens. A huge portal was created that allowed those that had found shelter in Visimontium to travel to Elysia to with others of their faith.

== The Pressure Builds or Why Redheads Shouldn’t be messed with ==
Nawen had become restless after her long recovery from her injuries received in Jechran. She wanted to join the War against Drotid out T’Nanshi but was asked to stay a Warrior Maiden by her friend, student and Archmistress. So she could give advice and help the Sisterhood. She promised to stay but it would be an uneasy stay for her. Giving advice in private to the few that took on duties and helping when and where she felt comfortable giving such. She saw her student and Archmistress grow into what she thought they could be but at the same time could feel the undertow of something she didn’t want to feel. Nawen was fixing to retire from it all and seek Le’Nofaythen once again when the Archmistress stepped down. Another was elected and this time it was her dear friend; a friend that came out of retirement to aid the order when Nawen was elected to the same position. Once again she pushed her own desires a side and saw to what she was given to see to.  This didn’t last long as strain was starting to show and Nawen found herself more often than not at odds with certain Sisters. She started to feel like an outcast and not part of the Sisterhood but just someone that advises.<br />
Soon enough through matters would explode around her and within the Sisterhood. Nawen after one exchange with another Sister became feed up with it all. Right before the start of what would be her final meeting as a Warrior Maiden. Nawen pulled the Archmistress and Battle Mistress aside and explained she finished. That if she stays here, she going to break her long held vow of raising her blade against her own faith.  She turned handed over her keys and other Maiden gear with a deep sigh. The two understood it and accepted it. As Nawen departed Maiden Keep the last thing she heard was “Fuck You Nawen”.

== New Home and Old Friends ==
: Soon enough she be called to duty as one day she awoke to learn that people were ill and the leaders of Elysia had sealed the city. All uniformed EDF were to protect the borders and stop all travel. She guarded as requested through during the exceeding long time it took to find a cure for this plaque tempers flared in Elysia and within the EDF. Nawen found herself more than almost drawing her blade against fellow officers accusing her of not following orders even through other officers were stating she was at her post. If the politics of war lead to her disillusionment in the war, the politics of peace shuck her to core at how people plotted. She also worked alongside her uncle Xandor in obtaining and handing out scrolls with the words written upon them that would lessen the plague. By the time the plague was cure and the guards were to allow travel again. Nawen slowly noticed that there was hardly a single Warrior Maiden about Elysia. She too would depart for newer lands on the plane of Yassgard where she meets the Crimson Amazons that would shape her views and yet remind her of those that taught her.
The same day she walked out Maiden Keep. Nawen went straight into T’Nanshi and search out her old friend Ellowin. She had known Ellowin longer than she knew most of those around her but because of the way life is and the way paths twist and turn. Their friendship had soured over the decades. That day in T’Nanshi they meet changed all that and their friendship was back where it was and the moments that caused it sour simply understood and forgotten. Nawen explain her desires to join Le’Nofaythen. She was given a recruit uniform and accepted into them. For Nawen she was finding herself in new yet comfortable surroundings. The most shockingly but welcoming moments would come in the voices of those she now serves with and the warm words they spoke to her.<br />
Nawen had also made peace with her adoptive family during this time. A family she hadn’t laid eyes on since running away from them. While they are now old and Nawen old too not to mention very different. They knew her on sight as she stood in their doorway. The anger that Nawen feared from them never appeared and they were simply happy to know their daughter lived and was well. Since that day Nawen and her adoptive family have become closer than ever and she visits with them often when she in Le’Or.

== The Parting with the Unthinkable ==
Yet for as comfortable as she felt there was still things she questioned. In prayers she started quietly asking Dre’Ana about why her and not me. She never answered and Nawen found it harder to accept this to the point she scream out in her prayers to Dre’Ana to answer her and answer her now. She wanted to know why her and not me. After one rather passionate screaming session in her private shrine to Dre’Ana. Nawen declared answer me or take away from me what you gave me. I offer it to you willingly now answer or take it.  She stormed out of shrine and out of her home heading right to T’Nanshi. She found herself at the Leaping Stag and Dre’Ana found her there also. Where she accepted the offer and in a dance of glittering purple and gold lights left her alone and thriving in pain.<br />
Finn had come upon the scene and worried deeply by what he saw. He asked her if she wanted to leave before more showed up. As she looked around she noticed that a small crowd had gathered and she asked him to take her to Le’Or. Which he did and all that she will say is something wonderful happened.

== The Journey of self ==
: During her time traveling between Elysia to help out when needed and attend Warrior Maiden matters which were quickly decreasing and spending her free time in Mithro Rest on the plane of Yasgard. She meet the one person that would capture attention and her undying friendship; Aria Ashby. Nawen was her body guard to protect her from assassins sent by the Lord of Night to kill Aria and steal something from her. Nawen fulfilled those duties and during those times the two became instant friends and inseparable. However, the magic that allowed us to walk the planes and travel to other worlds was starting to weaken. With the bonds losing their strength two more trips were made to see their friends and Crimson Amazons whom both were members of. On the last trip they said their fond goodbyes and stepped into the weakened magic bonds before they failed.
Without Dre’Ana in her life Nawen slowly fell apart. She roamed the forest of T’Nanshi for days and weeks at a time before coming home. When she would come home some would speak to her about recent events and others would explain their faith to her. Nawen grew tired of hearing of where others thought she should worship. She made up her mind that only she can help herself and figure this out. That if others interfered with her path that it would no longer be her path she walked.  She roamed and wondered throughout the Spiritland seeking solace and peace but mostly avoiding others. Here and there she would find it. Sometimes fleeting and other times lingering but she knew what she was looking for. She was learning about herself in ways she hadn’t discovered and as she learned that she also started to see the world in a new light. What was a walk in forest to avoid people turned into much more than she thought it could be. She saw the trees as something more than something to avoid running into and so on. She found the beauty in the forest and she found herself.

== The Heart Led and Feet Followed ==
During all the journeys into the Spiritland that she undertook Deamona her dearest of friends wrote her a new mantra to recite to help center herself. Deamona who probably knows Nawen better than Nawen knows herself taught her the following mantra

<p style="text-align:center">''I am the willow and not the oak<br />
: With her return to Elysia and the refreshed attitude; she became more confident and more vocal in her desires. As she looked around herself she noticed that many of the notable sisters were not to be seen. Gone were the large gatherings and meetings with talk of planning for the future and how to help those around us.  Instead meetings were turning into screaming matches and ego displays. Through she won’t claim to be innocent as she showed her one in those meeting; including a meeting that detailed the Arch Mistress failed assassination of someone that needed to die. She walked away from and didn’t return for some time. She left a letter resigning her position in the Maiden Lore Keeper and packed up her supplies she need then departed on her own path to finish her training with the blade. It had been decades since she took up the art of swordplay and there was still more to do before feeling comfortable with the training.  She did stay in contact with one sister that watched over the Warrior Maidens and kept abreast of Nawen’s whereabouts. Nawen received a letter stating the Arch Mistress had left the order and to return at once as she was needed. She did return and was elected by those present to become the seventh Arch Mistress the Warrior Maidens would have in Elysia.

I bend and sway in the storm of battle<br />

I do not stand unmoving to resist the blow<br />
: In her time as the seventh Arch Mistress she oversaw a rebirth within the Warrior Maidens. Those that severed alongside her were the best she had seen and it showed. Nawen was graced with more titles than anyone can remember and the order gained in honor and in strength. The deeds they preformed cover an immense area from aiding Fanos to rescuing sailors to even taking on a wayward boyer and even aiding a far off land across the planes just to name a few. She also drove deeper into the lore of Maidens and learned more about those that came before her and their actions. She wrote reports on them as long as books themselves which became a book itself detailing the history of the Maidens and their members from the first Warrior Maidens all the way to the newest ranking Warrior Maiden. Through events partly of her own making and of those around her that hide their ideals. She retired after a rather eye opening and nasty period of time in which she saw betrayal, lies and outright dishonor from many she thought a friend. She petitioned to become Phoenix Valkyrie and was award such becoming the eight one to achieve such a rank.  It was during this time that Nawen was assassinated and an old rare sword stolen from her by Demaon in Elysia. Through proof was showing that a former Maiden was involved in plotting her assassination the leaders of Elysia never took action nor did the church of Dre’Ana. This would affect Nawen for longtime as to her views of both of those bodies.

Feel the stinging whip of my branches<br />

You will not feel the club of a fallen limb<br />
: As of Phoenix Valkyrie it is expected that one takes on special duty to perform. Nawen had seen this when she saw four others promoted into the honored rank. Given that she seen the refuges from Jechran and heard the stories that troubled her she had spoken with High Priest of Elysia and accepted from her a special duty. That duty was to travel to Jechran and investigate the taint that overtook the land and was spreading. She agreed and with just a note left behind stating not to follow she departed for Jechran. Upon reaching Jechran the sight was unthinking as everything was dead; the land, the animals and the people that couldn’t escape. Images of which still haunt her to this very day in her dreams but she did reach her target; an abbey between the border of Gados and the Jechran capital. There she found books of Maiden lore and most importantly the remains of a messenger carrying letters and orders. One of which was even address to herself at her former rank of Archmistress telling her to get ready for mass exodus from Jechran and to stay away from the land itself. Some described the madness of the taint and others the death. As she departed the death she took water, soil and bone samples along the way for others to study. As she was hurrying to escape before nightfall and to avoid spending the night within the taint; the sure footed and nimble Nawen tripped over a dead root and shattered her right leg. She crawled her way to an old farmhouse where she attempted to brace herself and rest. There she saw a sight that meant everything to her.  In so much pain and memory of the events blur what happened isn’t for certain but what is known is that she was found above the town of Visimontium in the high mountain passes by Vanar. He stated she was clutching a dragon bone as a crutch under one arm and wildly swinging one of her swords in the other hand as she screamed and yelled blindly moving about. He was able to get her to drop her sword and she collapsed moment later. The Maidens were sent for and a trusted sister came to escort Nawen back to Elysia. Where the healers ordered bed rest for her so her leg would heal; which lasted four years with another six years learning to walk again without her dragon bone crutch. One day she may even publish the tale of what she saw and learned on that journey.

I am graceful and fluid like the softly flowing stream<br />

I am not the roaring river that rush past without sight<br />
: As she healed and recovered she accepted a role from the new Arch Mistress to advise her and the order. She accepted it and the ideal of bringing all the Jechran Refugees came to mind. With the aid if the White, Ivory and Green orders a huge portal was enchanted and women came to Elysia to be with the rest of their faith. The portal would be Nawen’s last task she helped with or saw after as a Warrior Maiden. Shortly after the portal tempers flared after some Maidens went against their Arch Mistress’s orders and Nawen took that to heart by pointing it out. Now serving under the ninth Arch Mistress and fulfilling the same role as before she retired from the order completely. The last words she heard as she departed were “Fuck You, Nawen!” That sealed her thoughts of the Warrior Maidens as a whole for the most part outside of a few dear friends.

All things in life for me are a dance<br />

I thank the Father each day for what I am<br />''</p>
: Nawen walked right out the Maiden Keep and into T’Nanshi where she enlisted in the famed 6th Le’fayothen as a recruit to fight another war. However, she wasn't through with Dre’Ana yet. When not on patrol along the northern reaches she spent her time in her private shrine to Dre’Ana. Where she plead for an answer for days on end without acknowledgement from her beloved Dre’Ana about why things are as they are. Finally in a true fit of rage Nawen challenged her to answer her questions and explain why certain things happened the way they had or she walk away from her lady. Dre’Ana never answered and very next day lifted her love from Nawen in a display she won’t forget. It was later explained by a few that serve everlasting to another god. That Nawen had hurt Dre’Ana deeply with her rage and passion on this certain topic. That in the same fashion Dre’Ana lashed out Nawen hurting her deeply.  Some have said they fought each other and stumbled away; the goddess and her one her most passionate follower and each stopped before something unthinkable happened. Through Nawen offered apology she uncertain of its acceptance. Even Nawen said if she was her she wouldn’t accept it yet.

Over the years since that day in Zvid; Nawen has looked back and learned from it and from the world around her. Dru’El says if the heart is clear then the path is clear and she understands what that means. Every time she visit her parents in Le’Or they take her to pray in the High Temple. On one such trip Nawen expressed to her parents her desires to follow Dru’El teachings and worship him. Her father arranged a meeting with a young priest and behind closed doors in a private ceremony Nawen was welcomed in Dru’El faith.
== Spiritland and New LIfe ==
: With the loss of Dre’Ana in her life, Nawen spun downward and would have fallen complete apart if not for Deamona; her dearest friend and housemate. Daemona who knows Nawen better than Nawen knows herself it seems. Helped her through the troubles simple by listening to her and letting Nawen find her own way. In time that path took her to Dru’El where she was accepted into his heart as one of his own. To which Daemona taught Nawen a new mart to focus herself.

== When All Seemed Well but Wasn't ==
<center>
Finally she started to feel more herself and getting herself grounded into her new life when it all went upside down with one letter. Dearest Deamona had gone to aid her granddaughter on the far flung islands across the planes. To ensure the safety she agreed to become bound to a world stone and become their protector. Through she is alive she can never return to which she called home and those she called dear. For the first time since she was youngling Nawen was without her dear friends. Aria gone off on some studies of the arcane, Trina off to discover herself and hadn't been seen in ages and now Daemona unable to return.

To defend those people from evil she had to accept life on the islands with no return to her homelands. By which she agreed to become bonded to a world stone and become the champion of the people that live there. Daemona was the last of the dear friends and the Order of Purse; which consisted of Aria, Trina, Nawen and Dae. In the Beginning

Nawen is the child of Caellian Amakiir and Nawen a Moon Elf of questionable history and honor. She was born at the family village that bordered the forest along Brekon and Dubunat.

Shortly after the loss of Ariqueael, Elarovan and Sheae started to speak of marriage for young Nawen. Nawen was greeted by a lady with a giant sword and sung with a soft voice; started asking all sorts of questions of Nawen and being very naïve thought she was being robbed. So, she ran south following the well worn path and the lady chased her for some distance yelling stop.

Her years in Mikona are something she has really spoken. Through she isn’t ashamed of her life there some secrets should be guarded. After a series of events in Mikona, Nawen went by boat to Elysia seeking to better herself and mend her wayward ways.

As a Warrior Maiden

Nawen had come to Elysia and the war was knocking on the gate. She fought in countless defensives of Elysia and impressed her sisters with the passions that she was promoted. In doing so, Nawen set a record for the fastest path for promotion in the history of Warrior Maidens. With her promotion she became an official member of the EDF, till then she had been helping where she could. She become one the Maiden scouts and worked alongside the EDF and her sisters in defending Elysia. She took part in many battles including the first outright victory Elysian forces had at the Eridanian River.

Soon enough she be called to duty as one day she awoke to learn that people were ill and the leaders of Elysia had sealed the city.

During her time traveling between Elysia to help out when needed and attend Warrior Maiden matters which were quickly decreasing and spending her free time in Mithro Rest on the plane of Yasgard.

With her return to Elysia and the refreshed attitude; she became more confident and more vocal in her desires.

In her time as the seventh Arch Mistress she oversaw a rebirth within the Warrior Maidens.

As of Phoenix Valkyrie it is expected that one takes on special duty to perform.

As she healed and recovered she accepted a role from the new Arch Mistress to advise her and the order.

Nawen walked right out the Maiden Keep and into T’Nanshi where she enlisted in the famed 6th Le’fayothen as a recruit to fight another war.

Spiritland and New LIfe

With the loss of Dre’Ana in her life, Nawen spun downward and would have fallen complete apart if not for Deamona; her dearest friend and housemate.

I am the willow and not the oak
I bend and sway in the storm of battle
I do not stand unmoving to resist the blow
Feel the stinging whip of my branches
You will not feel the club of a fallen limb
I am graceful and fluid like the softly flowing stream
I am not the roaring river that rush past without sight
All things in life for me are a dance I thank the Father each day for what I am

Then more darkness as all was starting to look bright for Nawen. The last of the dear friends made a choice. Deamona had gone to aid her granddaughter on a far off plane of islands. Now Nawen is left with only her memories of them which she remembers fondly. Through as time passed she made new friends that are just as dear to her as her others were.

The War

Since then she has gone from a recruit to the Rank of Woodmistress and Liaison to Elysia. She fought alongside the defender of Elysia during the fall of Elysia. She even closed up her beloved Boutique and Emporium to prevent the sale of supplies to the Drotid Troops. These days she out in Nanshi working with Aiko and Sonja to form Loash Leheven when she not putting her talents in battle and tailoring to use on the Shaashek. She left the 6th before the battle to retake Elysia but she was spot by many fighting along side those that fought to remove the Shaashek from O'Ma city. She didn't take up arms again in the war after that. She reopened her store and brought supplies to Elysia. Mista her trusted friend and lover who runs the Paradise branch of Loash in Elysia wanted to relocate to the Forest the moment Elysia was free. The two of them quickly found a young lady who was now in charge of her siblings and made her Loash's face in Elysia by hiring her to run Paradise and housing her family within its walls. Myra is now a business woman to take notice of as she been seeing to all Loash business in Elysia since the lizards were removed.

Nawen and Xandor looked after each other and in time news reached them that Nawen was not the only one to survive the attack. Xandor’s children had escaped with their mother who fell days later to her injuries as did a few other. Although not an Amakiir, Elong was the cherished friend of Xandor who spoke of her in words of being family; making her family to Nawen in her own eyes. Through this is just the family that broke away from T'Nanshi after the Great War and relocated to the Brekon/ Dubunat Boarder Forest. Amakiir's of different family lines stayed within T'Nanshi and Elysia and can still be found today through the bond isn't as tight as it once was due to politics mostly.
