THE CIRCUS AT ELF GATE

Here is a funny story you might not think true

But it all happened as I say, I assure you

It appears a circus came to Elysia one day

As all of the animals came out to play

I must say it was quite an interesting event

And I will try to explain just how it went

Sitting at Elf Gate on a nice quiet day

Getting ready my lute for a song to play

A druid or ranger, the class was not clear

With an entourage of animals at the gate did appear

Wolves and panthers if I do recall

I was quite shocked by the sight of them all

Then another summoned more animals to be there

So I in turn summoned a bear

Then a badger, a tiger, and even a bird

Were called by mages to join the herd

Then to the show came a nice pretty dog

And then unfortunately a flatulent hog

Then to all of our surprise

A penguin appeared before our eyes

We thought that Woody had just shown up

Bringing us ale to fill our cup

But this penguin was not he

Or at least it did not appear to be

Then one by one the animals all went home

But really not wanting to leave us alone

Each one left us a nice little part

Of themselves as they did depart

So the next time at the gate, be careful where you sit

Or you might end up sitting in a big pile of poop
