It has changed hands time and again over the years but it keeps attracting [[Bard|bards]] and people who prefer to have a drink in a [[Shadowdancer|dark corner]]. Aside from drinks, the venue sells musical instruments [[Crafting System|crafted]] by local artisans.

Just outside, a small workshop is housed in an old mill; the Tinker Harlequin. It offers workstations for all sorts of crafts & a trade post for healing & other adventuring supplies.
