A long, long time ago,
Older elves might remember, long before the first great war
a star came crashing down
into the heart of Helbyssia town
causing chaos and much much more

but maybe it was a creature
a bright blue light it's feature
a wall was built just to keep it
with lots of magic I’ll admit.

History says that the peninsula died
with the star locked asleep inside
The chaos locked deep deep inside
The day Hel’byssia sighed.

so bye-bye strange star from the sky,
This star was stone, but it pulsed with blue light,
and it unraveled sanity, and caused so much blight.
I'm singin' this'll be the day that I fight
this'll be the day that I fight

Did you drop in from above?
Through a chaos storm with a shove
everyone tells me so
Now do you believe in chaos and hell
Can music save your mortal soul
And can you teach me how tell the story nice and slow?

Well, I know that I was out shoppin
'Cause I was dreamin hems rising
Then there was you and you and you
I was startled, seeing swords in every hue

I looked up and found a T’nanashi buck
If we get out of here, you’re in luck
I’ll tell you what’s going on, if we’re not stuck
The day the Hel’byssia sighed

So bye-bye strange star from the sky,
This star was stone, but it pulsed with blue light,
and it unraveled sanity, and caused so much blight.
I'm singin' this'll be the day that I fight
this'll be the day that I fight

To tell the story right, he said, let’s sit down
Know the history, know what happened to Hel’byssia town
But that's not how it used to be
You’ve heard how they closed the coast in a magical seal
In magic, rituals, doubting that Hel’byssia would heal
Till the day Silialath tried to find the key.

Oh, and while the Ebony was looking down
The wards came falling round
The madness set to return
Now chaos was returned

And while Silialath made her mark
A madness swirled in the dark
And the blue blue light, decided to respark
The day the Hel’byssia sighed.

So bye-bye strange star from the sky,
This star was stone, but it pulsed with blue light,
and it unraveled sanity, and caused so much blight.
I'm singin' this'll be the day that I fight
this'll be the day that I fight

Helter skelter in a summer swelter
The chaos looking for a new shelter
Lizards were ripe and falling fast
Of the spiritkin only three, were up from repast
The spiritkin looked for a hero that could kick ass
who exploded the star into shards like glass

Now the spiritkin are writing the tune
Waking in time to be where they were needed, a boon
Comfort saw it as a chance
a route to power, at first glance

'Cause the spiritkin tried to take the field
Truth’s plans had yet to be revealed
Screams of madness pealed
The day Hel’byssia sighed.

So I started singin bye-bye strange star from the sky,
This star was stone, but it pulsed with blue light,
and it unraveled sanity, and caused so much blight.
I'm singin' this'll be the day that I fight
this'll be the day that I fight

Oh, and there we were all in one place
Time and Truth and Chaos lost in the space
With no time left to start again
So come on, hack em nimble, hack em quick
Our time to them is just a flick
'Cause madness is the stars only end

Oh, and story says the spiritkin set the stage
For THEIR games we all would play
No potions, no dispells
Could break Hel’byssia’s spell

And as the heroes climbed deep into the fight
To free those taken that night
I saw the ice all frozen and bright
The day Hel’byssia sighed

So bye-bye strange star from the sky,
This star was stone, but it pulsed with blue light,
and it unraveled sanity, and caused so much blight.
I'm singin' this'll be the day that I fight
this'll be the day that I fight

I heard the story, to go with my bruises
And I asked him for some happy news
I was there, nobody turned away
Sammy burnt the ice to its core
Avarial were freed, but not who they were before
The blue star was gone, but it’s madness stayed

And among the beats, Thienna screamed
The others cried and the dreamers dreamed
But not a word was spoken
The captives minds all were broken

And the thing I remember most
The sounds of run or you’re going to be toast
We ran out the gate for the coast
The day the Hel’byssia sighed.

So bye-bye strange star from the sky,
This star was stone, but it pulsed with blue light,
and it unraveled sanity, and caused so much blight.
I'm singin' this'll be the day that I fight
this'll be the day that I fight

So I’m singin’ bye-bye strange star from the sky,
This star was stone, but it pulsed with blue light,
and it unraveled sanity, and caused so much blight.
we’re singin' this'll be the day that we’ll fight
