The Shadow Harlequin is located south of Elysia's Elf Gates, on the farm road to the Second Solace Inn. It has changed hands time and again over the years but it keeps attracting bards and people who prefer to have a drink in a dark corner. Aside from drinks, the venue sells musical instruments crafted by local artisans.
Just outside, a small workshop is housed in an old mill; the Tinker Harlequin. It offers workstations for all sorts of crafts & a trade post for healing & other adventuring supplies.
