Toostan-of-the-Clouds
Toostan-of-the-Clouds was the beautiful city-state and homeland of the Avariel. It was destroyed a century or two before the current server timeframe during their defeat in a war with the Drangonari. Only scholars and the Avariel Queen and her court know the exact location of this now ruined city, which was somewhere near Grantir in the nation of Drotid. It was accessible largely from the air, and featured a unique, flowing architectural style unlike anything else in Avlis.
