== Physical Appearance ==

Fabello stands just under six feet tall, with the lean and well toned build of someone who grew up accustomed to fresh air and manual labor. He has an olive complexion that pales some in the winter, and darkens nicely during the<div> sunnier months. His hair is a rich dark brown, slightly wavy, but always kept trimmed and styled. Fabello's biceps and calves are tattooed with bands of traditional Romini knotwork interwoven with arcane runes, done in black ink.</div>

When not wearing the robes of the Red Order, Fabello prefers the simple vest and pants style of the Romini found throughout southern Negaria. He always wears a thick tangle of charms and amulets around his neck, along with<div> other assorted jewelry both arcane and mundane in nature. Around his waist is a thick studded leather belt which has a buckle shaped like a wild goose, wings outspread and prepared to strike. His boots are somehow always<div> in pristine condition, no matter how dirty, bloody, or singed the rest of him might be.

== Personality and Demeanor ==

A social creature by nature, Fabello is easy to get along with, and often in good spirits. He enjoys the company of most any sentient entity, and generally listens with a mix of interest and amusement to conversations while wearing<div> a friendly smile. However, in the course of his sorcerous undertakings, he has experienced many different planes of existence and states of perception which have left him with a rather flippant attitude towards the more mundane<div> aspects of life. This can make him seem arrogant, overly confident, careless, and lazy at times, which is also mostly true. If a conversation starts to bore him, he is quick to take leave (physically, or mentally), or, depending on the<div> company, try to instigate an argument. With a few exceptions, he rarely holds a grudge, and is quick to forgive. He genuinely enjoys a good brawl, red wine, and heroic amounts of Mellow.</div>

===Background===
The Red Order of the Flame is the reincarnation of the Yellow Order of the Old Fold of Nine. Since its founding, the Red Order has held closely to the core philosophies of [[Andrinor|Andrinor]], God of Mortal Magic, including absolute freedom in practice of the Art. Over time, it has increased its relationship with the Church of Andrinor, developing a generation of theurges (practitioners of both Divine and Arcane magics) dedicated to spreading the Will and Art of the Arcane Lord. The Red Order also believes in using magic to help normal people live day to day and seeks to help these same people learn to not fear and even accept magic and to help develop the arcane talents of those that wish it. It has also become a leading body of research into wild magic. Though it is the smallest of the Mage Orders, the Reds claim a greater percentage of Andrinorans than any other order.

===Requirements===
To become an Initiate of the Red Order of the Flame, one need only have the sponsorship of the Order. Sponsorship comes either from acknowledgment by an officer, or being apprenticed to a Red Mage in good standing. Initiates are expected to be enrolled in the Academy of Arcane Magic. Seeking out tutoring by an experienced Red Mage is highly recommended, though not required. To become a mage fully vested the Red Order of the Flame, one must bear the Mark of Andrinor's Trust, acquired after graduating from the Academy. Mages bearing the Mark of Andrinor's Trust need not go through the Initiate process to join the Red Order.

Though many among the Red Order are faithful of Andrinor, one does -not- need to worship Andrinor to join.

== Appearance and Demeanor ==
Freddy stands at 3' 6 inches. He has a lean build with only a slight belly, he is not quite skinny, but definitely neither fat nor exceedingly muscular. His hair is a vibrant red in color, and is usually worn as a controlled disaster on top of his angular, somewhat pointy face.
When interacting socially, he carries himself with a careless attitude and doesn't hesitate to speak his mind, which is usually an insulting or offensive comment towards someone standing nearby. For some reason he manages to come across as endearing to many people, or at least only as a minor nuisance. Either way is just fine by him. Also noted is his accent and manner of speaking, common to those who frequent the slums and dockside taverns of Mikona.

During the course of his travels, Freddy has found kindred spirits within the Temple of Maleki, and has been known to assist in church matters from time to time. His studies in the arcane have also led him to the Violet Order of the Skull, of which is he currently a member studying Shadow Matter Illusion. Freddy's hobbies include long walks through the slums, smoking his pipe, and abiding by the law at all times.
