While the Order of the Yellow Rose is a force of good on their home plane, and often allies itself with paladins of their patron deity, in Negaria it is rumored that worshipers of the god [[Evrak]] have recreated the order here in Negaria with a more sinister bent, to foment suffering instead of ending it.
