I noticed in play that Evards is ineffective against creatures with DR, zeroing-out if the DR is high enough. Actually seems reasonable enough if you think about it. Evards was too powerful after patch 1.67, this brings it back to reasonable. Avlis Evards is still quite lethal to opponents without DR.
