There once were some pixies up on a hill, <br>
There once was an ogre with no good will.<br>

He had a mean face and he had a mean stink, <br>
The pixies meanwhile, did enjoy themselves *chink* *drums on the guitar*<br>

They feasted on candy beyond the night sky. <br>
They forgot to set watch, the ogre sneaked by....<br>

He did cast a net, wide and strong. <br>
The pixies he caught, om-nomnom...<br>

The laments were many, the ogre did laugh, <br>
The pixies they resigned and asked a last bath.<br>

The ogre refused, instead he proclaimed ...<br>
To start praying quickly, for he was * deep ogre voice* terribly famished<br>

The pixies debated and agreed as one, <br>
That that would be nice and on came the plan.<br>

"Oh do let us pray undisturbed, after this, <br>
We will let you eat us, although we're not a good dish"<br>

So they started praying, and are praying still. <br>
The ogre is watching, up on that hill.<br>
