Public records show that their purpose was to protect lycanthropes who were being constantly exterminated and driven out of places where they are known to congregate. They seem to have been active in [[Mikona]] and [[Elysia]], specifically near the [[Forest of Midnight]].<br />

It has been theorized that the Order of the Iron Fang was actually simply one person, the so-called "Master of the Iron Fang." As with anything related to lycanthropes it is difficult to prove one way or another, since they usually keep a low profile due to the fact that they are hunted in most parts of southern Negaria. Conversely, it has also more recently been rumored that the Order of the Iron Fang has been revived, under the leadership of a new master.<br />
