I wrote this poem right before my original return to T'Nanshi, just when my spirits turned from sorrow to joy. Since its original penning, it has continued to bring me hope from sorrow...
RIGAMAROLE AND BROKEN TEARDROPS A poem by Wanderer
why drown in the ocean of my tears?
why despair at the insufferable patterns?
do i die on the tops of clouds?
do i dim at the sound of serenity?
why delve then into the deluge of sorrow?
why digress then into the dire need of suffocation?
only the bitter can weep and wane
only the blighted can morn and melt
and there is a difference in me!
and there is a succulent beauty within!
on the waves of my tears will i rise above!
on the weary dreams of my soul will i make anew!
fly now wings of delightful daydreams!
escape this place of dreadful displeasure!
...
i am free
i am...at last...me
