Weapons of Quality is one of many ways Weapon Masters can pursue mastery of the prestige class. It is located in the Eastern Outskirts of Mikona.
Where: Outside Eastern Mikona. Turn right as you enter the area. It is a wooden house with the sign "Weapons of Quality" outside.
Who: Donan Hull is the only proprietor. He has a store, can train a PC in Weapon Mastery, and collects swords.
