Hallimancus is a powerful lich, who was first seen recently at the Ferrell Trade Fair. There, a woman named Susallia killed a goodly baelnorn in cold blood. Hallimancus left soon after, and rumor has it that he pillaged the ancient artifacts which that baelnorn had guarded.
