Location: Along the western edge of T'Nanshi, south of the halfling nation of Ferrell

Name Derivation: Elysia is named after the Neutral Good Outer Plane, Elysium.

Predominant Race: Sylvan. The population consists of mostly elves, half-elves, and fairy races.
