Di'amana Du'mois is the Speaker of the Council of Nine, the ruling body of T'Nanshi. All spoken and written proclamations of the council are given by her. She often also acts as a diplomat on the council's behalf, representing them at meetings and other functions abroad. She was appointed after her predecessor, Ka'an T'slandivaal, was found murdered on a diplomatic mission to Deglos.
