Contraptioneer Plitz of the Haubenschnaupfen is a gnome with white hair, clear blue eyes and a beard, entwined in two braids. Plitz seeks to re-establish the Guild of Contraptions, which has fallen apart after the Great Wainbleck Contraption Crash.
