The Order of the Dark Moon is not native to Negaria; it exists on another plane entirely. However, items created for or by the order have been found here, presumably imported by interplanar traders such as Grazby. It is a religious order, devoted to an otherwordly goddess of darkness. Many of its monks are also sorcerers who specialize in shadow magic. There are rumors that Negarians inspired by the items have formed a similar order here - some say devotees of Wilsash, others say denizens of the Underdark - but such rumors are unconfirmed.
