The Quartermaster
"The Quartermaster" is a business/store run by the Order of Gorethar, specializing in affordable supplies and equipment for starting adventurers. It is located in the Nobles District of Elysia near the Western gate to the Trades (Artisans) District, and is attached to the Gorethar Hostel (look for the door with the canopy out back).
