Kethlatu

Kethlatu is a burnt out husk of a village located near the point where Jechran, Deglos, and The Wastelands meet. It is approximately 25 miles over the border into The Wastelands and inhabited mainly by roving bandits who use it as a base to raid caravans moving through Jechran and Deglos. It contains few amenities and most of the buildings within it are uninhabitable.
