The Oral History of the Blood Wings of Jechran; Part IV

Sandove now leading the Blood Wings was a mistake in the making. She was reckless and angry. Thankfully, she had already mated many times and had given birth many times but only once to a daughter, Wysadove. Sandove would lead the Blood Wings into Tyedu seeking glory through needless battle time and time again. At the Battle of Four Springs, she was fallen and the Blood Wings retreated even though it was a victory for them.
Wysadove, regarded as one of the greatest leaders of the Blood Wings had three daughters; Soldove, Luradove, and Wolsuldove, and countless unknown boys. It was a time of peace and for over forty years only minor raids upon the borders. It is known that Luradove took a fleet of tribal ships when Drotid invaded the southern lands and nether she of the fleet of ships heard from again. Soldove would join the High Temple guards in Myleah. Wysadove would be missing in battle as the piece broke. At the Battle of Two Creeks, Wysadove was spotted near the center wearing her lion mane around her neck and fighting off many Blue Foxes. After the battle, the spot she where was seen was at was littered with dead Blue Foxes but no Wysadove. Later using proxies the Blood Wings reached out to the Blue Foxes and their cousins to find it she was captive. None of them had her and what happened is a mystery.
Wolsuldove would be the final leader of the Blood Wings. Always on the hunt for her mother and was known to take captives and question them before putting them to the sword for their answers. When the Blue Foxes heard what she was doing. They called upon their cousins and made their way to Jerchran. They met the Blood Wings at a place locally known as Thick Trees. As the two sides prepared for battle; the Blood Wings were unaware of a new ally of the Blue Foxes, The Circle. A band of murders, thieves, and undesirables from the tribes of Tyedu; were moving far from the sight of the scouts of the Blood Wings and flanking. When the battle happened the next day The Circle appeared from nowhere and razed the war camp of the Blood Wings. In doing so slaughtered the guards and those within the camp. Taken one of the daughters of Wolsuldove and killing the other. While the Battle of Thick Trees was a victory for the Blood Wings it was defeat; as Wolsuldove was mad with grief and the Blood Wings seeking revenge made for a dangerous combination. The rest of the summer through the fall and into the winter the Blood Wings fought constantly on grounds that were not in their favor and in battles where there was no winner. At Frozen Creek, it would all catch up with them deep in Blue Fox lands. The Blue Foxes and their cousins, along with their new ally The Circle were lying in wait and the Blood Wings didn't see it. They marched into the frozen creek bed and only six escaped the trap. Over two hundred Blood Wings lost their lives at Frozen Creek.
In the aftermath, Myleah issued an edict dissolving the Blood Wings and the six survivors found homes with other tribes.
About the reciter: Sul'Dove was taken as a battle prize by the Circle at the age of eight at the Battle of Thick Trees. Where the Blue Foxes and their allies the Circle fought the Blood Wings of Jechran for over a decade Sul'Dove renamed Luyu by her new tribe was raised within the Blue Foxes and taught their ways. She escaped in a snowstorm to avoid being given away to the Circle to honor them for joining the Blue Foxes. She now resides in Elysia as Bow Maiden with the Warrior Maidens of Dre'Ana, and has taken to using her birth name of Sul'Dove or Sky Dove.
