Introduction

The terradon looks like a large flying lizard and while this sounds comical, it is anything but... Being found in the Underdark, they are quite hardy and are very aggressive. They have been seen shooting lighting breath, negative energy breath, fire breath, disintegration rays, and will often become quite ferocious. They cannot be knocked down and out of the sky, acid does not hurt them, they are faster than you would expect, are experts at targeting specific parts of your body, can fly in and out of combat at a whim, and are relentless.

Feeding Habits

It eats just about anything that gets in its way... If it doesn't disintegrate it first.

Disposition and Social Habits

Very very aggressive. It seems they are exceptionally aware of their surroundings (note this includes those adept in hiding or use of invisibility) and when anything gets within their territory they will have no hesitation but to attack and continue to follow for some time, even when far out of their territory. That said, they almost always travel in groups of 3. Perhaps this is a proper terradon family or allows for more complex hunting strategies.

Habitat

Found in the Underdark, oddly enough. One would think such a large creature would soar though the skies, but they seem to prefer large cavernous caves.

• While the terradon has many things in common with spiders, badgers, bears, and even dire wolf, it is most closely associated with the hawk due to flying, keen eyesite, and its predatory nature.
