The Dream
In their absence from public life. The Beigns as a family traveled to Crosstreams to meet up with none other than Lady Grace Dane. Once reunited with their dear friend and biggest supporter, toured Crossstreams with Lady Grace showing them the sights. Then ventured north to Trenium for Storm Festival. Along the way, they visited many inns, taverns, and pubs. In doing so, something stuck in Nawen's mind. One of the places they visited (or a mixture of them) evolved into dreaming about a place like those she saw and visited. Thus Drakehall (PUB)lishing was born in a dream that became a reality.
The Staff

The Bindery
Beyond the counter and behind the door is Drakehall (PUB)lishing House's Bindery. Which is split into multipurpose usage; a bindery run by Mulberry and a crafting room for those that live upstairs in the apartments. The bindery specializes in making what is known as cold press papers. Which are texturized papers as opposed to the smoother hot press papers. Most of the papers made at the bindery find their way back to Drakehall Keep, M'Chek to be used for sea charts by Captain Honeybreeze, or maps, sheet music, and letters from the keep. Mulberry does keep a selection of suitable papers for printing manuscripts and binding them into books.
The Bindery Process
If one has a manuscript that they wish to publish. They can go with the method others have used in the past but if they need help or may be unsure or don't want to deal with it. Give Mulberry a copy of your manuscript (pm gutumensch) if the head binder enjoys your work or sees the importance in it. Then Drakehall (PUB)lishing House will offer to help cover some of the expenses of printing and binding the book at our press. For our effort and coin we spent, we just ask that our press be acknowledged on the last paper of your book with "Printed at Drakehall (PUB)lishing House - Elysia" in a lovely blue ink.
((OOC: Basically instead of a character spending 100k to get a book published. If we like the book, then they might spend 50-75k with PUBlishing picking up the rest of the price. We add "Printed at Drakehall (PUB)lishing House - Elysia" on the last page and submit it to Assist like any other book. It will like any other book start appearing on bookcases and shelves and you will have your first run copies in hand. This is an RP color business of Drakehall. We will never see profits from publishing but might help get more books out there in the world.))

The Selection
The Clubhouse
Under the foundation, itself, is a garden/atrium designed by Ammika/Nawen just like the rest of PUBlishing. She has kept tight-lipped over its real meaning. One can read about the Tale of the Warhorns or see the Dragon Wing's memorial down there. As well as some of Drakehall's efforts connected to Elysia itself. There is also a tree within the atrium that she won't even reveal where she got the acorn from. Located within the inner atrium is a storage room containing the storage of prized belongs and the belongs of several friends from her Paradise House. There is a Drakehall Meeting Room located down there too.
