Prerequisites: Annihilator 15* Levels
Allows the Annihilator of Aarilax to cast Fear, DC = 15 + 1/2 Annihilator Class Level + the higher of the Annihilator's Strength or Charisma modifier.
Fear duration is 5 + Annihilator Class Level + Charisma Modifier rounds. (Note: While the DC is the higher of the Strength or Charisma modifier, the duration uses only the Charisma modifier)

* This feat is only available as an Annihilator bonus feat. While the prerequisite states that 15 Annihilator levels are required, there are no Annihilator bonus feats granted at level 15. Thus, the earliest that the feat can actually be taken is at Annihilator level 16.
