When a young girl reaches that age when her body tells her that she is nearing adulthood there are many changes depending on race. However, there is one thing that is certain and that it is a wonderful but scary time for her. One thing that is most important is to not feel ashamed; your body is meant to grow and develop as you age and how you approach the first steps of adulthood.

The changes are both physical and mental. Let's explore the mental first as they can hurt your self-esteem and self-concept. New thoughts come drifting in on the wind about attraction, love and even sex. These are not dirty and nothing to be afraid of in any way. They are perfectly natural and understandable. Its part of the process and everyone has them sooner or later as they come to adulthood. As is expressing them also but you should be careful in the expressing at a young age. There are limits and they should be respected as you should not grow up to fast. Only explore in what you're truly comfortable with and never be pressured due to friends or greater needs.

Just as important is the physical changes a young lady undergoes. Your body starts to develop and people start to notice her and look at her in a different way. This is part of growing up and natural in every way. One of the changes is one that is not visible but is physical; that being your butterfly. The butterfly is special and is the cradle of life and your power. You must respect your butterfly and look after it. When you bathe to make sure to clean yourself completely as head to toe. If you don't you can develop infections and your butterfly is very much a place that infections can develop in. Regular baths and changing of not only clothes but underclothes is a must for a healthy body.

Now my soon to be a young lady, we must talk about the unicorn. The boys are going through similar changes themselves. Their minds drift to thoughts of their young playmates' changes in appearance and start to think of them differently. They develop the same urges and thoughts that you are or will soon. It's natural and part of growing up, I promise you. Where you have your butterfly the boys have their unicorn and it's roughly located in the same place. Boys must also take all the same steps you are and must bathe and change clothes to ensure their health. I will say that society tends to prepare a boy to become a young man better than a girl into a young lady and explaining is not all that needed as this book is for you.

You might notice when you bathe that you start to feel strange feelings. There is nothing strange about them. Your butterfly is letting you know what you enjoy and is natural; as is also the feeling when your mind drifts to some of your new thoughts. Boys experience the same as you will and they are just as afraid as you are. The most important thing to remember is these are your feelings and you should not share them or explore when where others can witness them.

On the day, you finally take that final step to become a young lady make sure that the one you choose is out of love. Sex is a beautiful and amazing act and out of love is more powerful than the arcane. It's the ultimate expression of your love for another and should not be shared with just anyone. Is nothing to be afraid of that its nature if you are as once you step forward you can not step back from this step. Sex is pretty straightforward and there are many, many ways to perform such. So, many that they can't be listed. However, before you engage in this wonderful act you must make sure that you have taken all the steps you can to ensure your butterflies health and double check your lover's unicorn to make sure that he is also healthy. Now, you must be warned as the first few times your butterfly meets a unicorn the pain will be overwhelming and you will cry. This is natural also as your butterfly has never met a unicorn and must learn its way. In time this pain turns into one of the strongest and deepest pleasures you will experience.

Lastly and most important is both your butterfly and his unicorn have what we shall call life juice. If this juice mixes there is a very good chance that you will find yourself with child and not ready for such. Therefore you must make sure that the unicorn does not expel the life juice while inside your butterfly. The best step is for the unicorn to withdraw and leave his life juice on your body and not within or near your butterfly. The only time you should allow such is when you are married and you both have agreed to care for children.

There are ways to enjoy sex that lessen the risk of life juice mixing and becoming with child. These are doing with the mouth and can be very pleasurable for both you and your love. I shall leave the exploring and learning to you; just know that they are natural and nothing to be ashamed of. One should always be aware of the unicorn that seeks your bottom as that is not proper nor is it safe as inflection can occur not to mention the pain.

There are many forms of attraction, love and sex. Remember there are always other ways to show your affection to another without engaging in sex like kissing, holding hands and making small gifts to share. These are far more acceptable in public and will help build a strong bond between yourself and your love. Follow your feelings and be yourself. If its butterfly and unicorns or butterfly and butterfly or even unicorn and unicorn. People will shun what they don't understand or refuse to accept. Honor your parents and your cultural ways when being yourself.
