SCHOOL OF ABJURATION
Abjuration is often practiced by guardians of orders for the protection of magical intrusions and warding. Abjuration involves the changing of magical energies to counter the effects of other magic or physical obstacles and energy. Followers of the school of Abjuration often find that it is both the pride and often the bane of spell wielders for its very nature evolves around destabilizing the fabric of arcane energy into forms other than its original either for the use of protection or dismissing of magical influences on an entity. The forms of distortion are not limited to physical elemental energy such as fire or cold but surprisingly even those of the subconscious as of those of believes of good or evil, leading researchers to investigate and ponder the relatedness and the possibility of divine influences on the School of Abjuration. Noteworthy spells in the School of Abjuration includes Dispel magic, Greater spell Mantle, Protection from Alignment and Dismissal. Absolute followers of the school of Abjuration are prohibited from the School of Conjuration for the differences in philosophy in the shaping of arcane arts.
