I'd like to point out that this is a third level (clerical) spell that currently is less effective as the second level (mage) spell Flame Weapon.

Besides a *very* low damage bonus the short duration just makes the spell far too weak for the level I think.

More reasonable IMO would be damage bonus of 1+1/4 lvl's (max 10) or 2+1/5 lvl's, with a duration of at *least* 2 rounds/lvl.
