Touch of Random Mischief

Prerequisite: Confounder Level 2

Specifics: A Confounder is able to impart a touch of the random, unpredictable magical effects that are prevalent in the Ever Changing Chaos of Limbo.

The ability is used on a target, who is forced to make a Will save (DC 15 + Half Confounder Level + Charisma Modifier). If the target fails the save, something happens. If the target passes the save, something far less drastic happens. All of the effects have a duration of Confounder Level + Charisma Modifier rounds.

There are twenty different results in all. Most of them are beneficial, but be aware that Forian isn't above playing tricks on even his most devoted servants.
