Tessa Tangletoe is a Fegallianan halfling bard often seen around one of the ROTE buildings or the Port Hole.

Out of character, Tessa Tangletoe is played by User:Derica. The character has been around since July 2010.

Appearance and personality

Tessa, more commonly known as Tess, stands about 4'. She's tan skinned and has long, brown hair. Her speaking voice is high pitched and squeaky while her singing voice is rich and full range (think Cindy Lauper). She has various outfits all in the hues of Fegall. She is most proud of her hat that was altered in appearance by her good pal Lute.

Tess promotes that she is not a fighter and doesn't like battle, however when in battle will fight to the end without much fear or hesitation. In battle she carries a crossbow that was altered in style by Eleanor, a short sword and purple shield the latter given to her by Lily Greenfingers, or a large bat that was given to her by Zander De'Vane.

Tess is friendly, talkative and easily excitable. She rarely holds still or remains quiet for long. When it comes to crafting of any kind, she's very passionate. Her speech is rather rough at times but it is due to her blunt and honest nature. She loves making songs about her friends and adventures and can be found performing at MMM's and other Ferrell based events.

Early life

Tess was born about 20 years ago on her parents' farm in Ferrell. There she lived a peaceful life of a farm girl with her parents and her brother Tazzle Tangletoe better known as Taz.

Tess and Taz would often take trips to Port Eridanus and visit ROTE and the Port Hole. These trips brought her into the fold of Fegall as well as introducing her to the world of song.
