The Author
Llyntmos Ty'zllhat was a legendary Loremaster of Vorin, a monk of great power and vast intelligence. His greatest works were the collective works called the Ul'allelebith, though often referred to simply as the tomes of Llyntmos Ty'zllhat. He was a reclusive figure who often traveled the lands collecting and collating the information found by the Lorewardens.
The Tomes
It is said that the Ul'allelebith contains the most complete written history of Avlis covering a period of time from the Time of the Dawning to a point some 170 years ago when Llyntmos disappeared. Some entries are said to be written entries of his personal experiences, others are merely information collected by the Lorewardens he created and documented within his tomes.
The tomes themselves, based on what we know from those recovered, each cover a certain period of time. They are thick heavy tomes bound in black leather with silver inlaid calligraphy on the spine.
Apart from that, and the few mentions of the tomes in other writings, we know little about them. Llyntmos traveled with the originals, which is very odd, and there is much contention about why. The earlier tomes would be more a compilation of stories and oral histories we believe, as the author certainly wasn't alive to witness these events. The scope of the books is vast if one considers that it is considered to be general fact that the Supreme created Avlis some 4000 years ago.
The Volumes
Volume I
The 1st volume we believe covers events that go as far back as 4000 years.
-4000 to -3011
- Minus 4000 years: Supreme creates Avlis
- minus 3500 years: Avlis is at peace, Nature gods roam
Volume II
This tome has been anonymously donated to the Great Library in Mikona sometime after 2130, along with a translation into the common language. Some obscure passages in a strange tongue remain though. These passages do not seem to be part of any other piece of the text, but separate stories in and of themselves.
- -3010 to -2600
- minus 3010 years - The nine warriors are captured by the Negerai and brought to Avlis. Their prisons are built and the Tanar'ri start to infest the planet.
- minus 3005 years- The spirits roaming Avlis are being slowly wiped out by the Tanar'ri infestation. This angers The Supreme, and he decides to free the nine warriors in an effort to save the world.
- minus 3000 years- The warriors and Negerai become greater gods and start fighting.
- minus 2600 years- The Negerai issue is resolved, and he is destroyed.
Volume III
Volume III: -2599 to -2001 years
- Minus 2500 years: The nine finish creating their races
- Minus 2200 years: First Fairy War
- Minus 2100 Years: The Great War begins
- Minus 2001 years: The Orc mages create the great explosion that ends the Great War.
Volume IV
Vol IV: -2000 to -1329 years
