Prerequisite: Confounder Level 2
Specifics: A Confounder is able to impart a touch of the random, unpredictable magical effects that are prevalent in the Ever Changing Chaos of Limbo. This ability creates a random spell effect upon anything the Confounder touches, with a chance of the spell effect back-firing and affecting the caster instead. The number of times a Confounder can use this ability per day and its potency depend upon the user's caster level.
