Appearance
This is a scrawny, filthy, hunched over creature. His entire body is always clothed and his face always shrouded. He tends to wear black, brown, or green simple clothing. A katana and an axe hang on either side of his hip.

Personality
A known liar, cheat, and murderer. He has a fondness of killing and torturing the pure of heart, including children. Few have ever heard the name "Ving" as he tends to live fictitious personas until it is no longer profitable for him.
