Personality
Vicky is friendly, curious, bawdy, fun, outgoing, bubbly, talkative and sometimes crude. She can also can be very loyal, respectful, honest, and trusting. Spend enough time with her, and you'll find more than a pretty face and a bottle of wine.

History
Not much is known about her past, she has "flash memories", that only last a second or so. These have included dancing, singing, and fighting. In various degrees. She came to Hala as a Petitioner, so she found out, and has no idea where she is actually from.

Present Day

Vicky has made friends, gotten into some trouble, gotten drunk, learned she can actually fight, and cast a few spells. She's also trying to remember who she is.
