Demonic pseudo-deities

Demonic pseudo-deities of the Underdark are godlike offspring of true Demon Lords. While their followers are few, they are granted divine magic like clerics of any true deity. Two documented pseudo-deities are Dead Dreamer and Qinoxitl.
