SCHOOL OF NECROMANCY
Often associated with evil rituals and practice of blasphemy, the School of Necromancy is in truth the systematic acquiring of knowledge of the relationship of shaping arcane energies to manipulate the power of death, in short the study of death much like the divine counterparts of controlling undead with divine influences. Even though much of the spells of the School of Necromancy involves undead creatures, the caster need not be subconsciously inclined towards evil though many scholars still argue that prolong exposure to undead and studying the arts of determining life and death corrupts the subconscious and increases the potential risk of declining into isolation and possibly lichdom should one fail to resist temptations of the dark arcane arts in these studies. Even with much contravises with the School of Necromancy, several White Necromancers have been recorded in history tombs and grimories of old whom references are not aviable here. Noteworthy spells in the School of Necromancy includes Animate Dead, Contagion and Finger of Death. Absolute followers of the School of Necromancy are prohibited from the School of Divination for the differences in philosophy in the shaping of arcane arts.
