Despite his scorn towards Common he rarely spoke [[Nanshilae]], Mandaari's speech being usually more a stream of consciousness than a consistent message - speaking in general was merely a warped reflection of thoughts for him, his mind usually busy with more important things than composing words. Mandaari's voice was rather quiet and lacked any substantial emotional flavouring. Favouring dark colours he usually wore black, sometimes a piece of non-distinctive crimson was added - a ring, a cloak pin etc. Mandaari's face was often veiled by the shade of a hood, the visible part of his jaw marked with a long, straight scar running along his mouth through his cheeks.</span><br><br></td>

| Planar cosmology aside, he was perceiving the universe as a realm of perfect ideas overlaying their imperfect "worldly reflections". One of the most essential of those ideas are: chains of power ("<i>The strong eat the weak.</i>"), chains of command ("<i>The strong govern the weak.</i>"), chains of responsibility and liability ("<i>He who acts is to endure reaction.</i>").

| Unlike most of Avlissian monks, the Pilgrim was openly negating the doctrine of balance taught by the [[Guild:OrderoftheDragon|Order of the Dragon]].

His meditations were turning into sessions of wild trance, causing his mind to wander - to drift aimlessly in search for a place projected into the maddest of his visions.</span><br><br></td>
