Milo is... Milo. Openly insane, and a little moreso since her recent issue with Aeveras. She openly does things with her mind, and sometimes if she goes nuts enough, she'll 'change' in public.. Meaning, she's a changeling, and not really afraid to show it. If someone asks, she'll answer truthfuly. Otherwise, she tries to play off as a normal Elf. Or Raccoon. Or Cat.

Self proclaimed general nuisance to the general public, and is often sitting at the guard tower with Veras, talking, or pretending to be a tree.
