Fixed several spelling errors, punctuation errors (such as "isn?t" instead of "isn't"), formatting improvements, and inserted or rearranged a few sentences here and there... though I tried to keep editing the core statements in regards to team supported rules to a bare minimum.
It should be noted that I did not attempt to edit the section involving the OOC or IC nature of the wiki, since as of right now, it is still being discussed on the forums (though I have seen Orleron's official ruling)
