Talk:Magic:Mind Fog

i noticed two things when getting hit by this today.

it didn't let me get a save on the will debuff, and it permasnared me. (and permadebuffed, for that matter. Inconvenient in no-rest underdark)

Anyone who happens to ~have~ mind fog can confirm either of those?
