This spell causes even more pain than Nybor's Gentle Reminder. The target creature must make a will save or die. If he survives, the target is stunned for 1d4 rounds. The subject also receives a -2 penalty to attacks, saves and skill checks with no savings throw. Immunity to mind spells protects against death, but not other effects.
