• (13 Apr 06) The Common House announces the passing of Houseman Arthur Jenkins Esq., and a special election to fill the two vacant seats. Candidates include Grace Dane-Unuldur (Gold Order Senior Mage, Northwest Commons), Sir Lucent Higgens, Kalden Fenmare (noble), Zacharia FeatherFingers (merchant, Lower Eastern Residences) and Kela Pureflank (Blackguard, Northwest Commons).

• (26 Mar 06) Orin Thunderfeet is named new high priest of Mikona in the Church of Gorethar.

• (3 Mar 06) Lord Tobias Chasworth is appointed War Commissioner.

• (6 Feb 06) Llyshra Dald is appointed executioner of Mikona.

• (29 Jan 06) The half-orc Ed is charged with the murders of many M'Chekian Guards, Mikona City Guards, Equalizers and Dominators. He is shortly thereafter excommunicated by the Church of Mikon, and banished from M'Chek.

• (16 Nov 05) Lord Marcus Deth passes away from "a short and terrible disease." Rumors begin to spread after his funeral that he was resurrected by Damar Ogdem, but lack of official announcements from the Government or Lord Deth's reappearance quell these rumors.

• (9 Nov 05) Jand de la Fleur's banishment is lifted. Accused of treason during the war, he is allowed back into M'Chek after his case is reviewed.

• (25 Sep 05) Dala Wennen, former Commander of the Alpha Corps, is granted a Common House seat based on her war record.

• (4 Sep 05) Houseman Kered Rose is reinstated in his position of Common House Representative as all charges stemming from the Canvas Incident are cleared.

• (8 Aug 05) The Sword of Toran gives up its duty as the elite law enforcement branch in M'Chek. This duty passes to the newly formed M'Chekian Guards.

• (10 Jun 05) The M'Chekian Guards are founded from the remnants of the Alpha Corps. They share law enforcement powers with the Sword of Toran.
