Duration: Instantaneous

The character emits a terrible scream that kills creatures that hear it (except for the caster). The spell affects up to one creature per caster level. Creatures closest to the point of origin are affected first.

NOTES

  • Despite the "Instantaneous" entry in duration, this spell is rather slow in set-up. Targets have a round to attack the caster -- who is nearby due to the Short range -- possibly interrupting the spell.
