NPCs:Urthanelron Leyerdera

Urthanelron Leyerdera is the Council of Nine's newest member. During the M'Chek/T'Nanshi War he controversially spoke out against the war; after his unpopular views were not well received, he and his family spent a century outside of T'Nanshi in self-imposed exile. Upon his return Urthanelron was elected to the Council, filling the seat vacated by Galian Reconithen. Urthanelron's son Naleon Leyerdera is a Rangermaster in the T'Nanshi army.
