The House Eloras is largest influence in the City of Arlasdor. Originally a family of carpenters in Arlasdor, they became nobles after the second Tri-Fief War, ruling the city of Arlasdor. The House Eloras is very progressive and does not really rule Arlasdor like for example Cattone rule Clairvont. They give their companies, mostly small carpentry or gemcutting enterprises, much freedom in what they do and invest in.

Noble Houses of Julaspium: Eloras

The House Eloras is largest influence in the City of Arlasdor. Originally a family of carpenters in Arlasdor, they became nobles after the second Tri-Fief War, ruling the city of Arlasdor. The House Eloras is very progressive and does not really rule Arlasdor like for example Cattone rule Clairvont. They give their companies, mostly small carpentry or gemcutting enterprises, much freedom in what they do and invest in.

Goals

The House Eloras want peace with Cytheria, because they fear a war might burn the forest they have invested so much in. They are also for war with Trenium, because more territory to the west would increase the size of the forest and thus more potential resources. This makes the House Eloras an enemy of the Thrardoldich family.

Members

The most known member of the House Eloras is Knight-Commander (of Arlasdor) Fredrick Eloras. He is an unique person, because of his devotion to Dra'Nar. Following Dra'Nar's teachings, he did many heroic deeds, including slaying the Troll King in the tunnels under the Pit of Arlasdor, single-handed killing 50 enemy elite soldiers in an ambush, and always he gave a lot of his wealth away to the orphans who lost their parents in the war. Now a very old man, he is retired and will not be able to hold the title of Knight-Commander for long. He inspired lots of young man to join the army and his worship of Dra'Nar was tolerated because of that. See also: Julaspium

Another well-known member is Alicia Eloras-Merenasi, widow of Lord Bartholomeus Blackfist Junior (Son of Chancellor Bartholomeus "Blackfist" Merenasi), now remarried to Fredrick Eloras, and the mother of Nemo Eloras (and also of Chancellor Krator Blackfist with Bartholomeus)

A lesser known fact about Alicia is that she is a cleric of Valok. Despising her husbands belief in Dra'Nar, she sent her second son Nemo to southern avlis to train and avoid him becoming like his father.

There is also Elvith Eloras IV, a human with some elven blood, which is common in the Eloras family. He is from the more noble line of the House Eloras and holds the title of Prince of Arlasdor. (Lower ranking than Duke) __NOTOC_ __NOTEDITSECTION__
