Background

Rye was born in a simple household in Ferrell. He was raised by his father since his mother died giving birth to him and his twin sister Robin. His father was a ranger who had a flock of sheep, so in his early years he went with his father and sister guarding the sheep. Later on in life when he became more of age, he and his sister started working in a local bar in the little village called Sunside Hill; There he started serving drinks and sometimes could be seen singing together with his twin sister. When after a few years, there came a bard into the bar who saw Rye and Robin and he told them all kinds of stories, about hitting the road and living of the land and wits. Rye was very much impressed by all of these stories and decided to leave the bar and hit the road, leaving his sister and father behind. ((Later his sister found her path and became an initiate Maiden in Elysia)).

After many years of walking the face of Avlis Rye became a merchant salesman and a fast talking rebel, a bit of a scoundrel doing what he thought was needed. Then, his father got very ill and at first his twin sister returned home to help him and guard over him; About a half year later things got bad and his sister asked if he could help out as well... Not having such a strong bond with his father Rye declined at first, though when Robin asked him again he couldn't say no - And for two years Rye sold all his adventuring gear to buy medicine and food for the three of them. Finally, his father died. Robin was very upset at first and needed some time alone, so Rye got his things back together and again left home...
